Since I bought this foot in Dunnes Stores'm looking forward to classic American recipes. Now that I have a reflex camera, even more, but, look at the photos.

This recipe is delicious. The original take it to Bea's Corner and were blueberry muffins, but I've changed a bit and has been spectacular. You have to try it.


found fresh blueberries and fresh raspberries in Carrefour, the take the car (almost € 4 hundred grams, a hundred of each). Then I continued to buy and I found a few packs of frozen berries for 1 € 150grs ... so fresh fruit back and take me a couple of frozen, that gives me the option to make the dessert at a better time and save some materials.


The first time I tasted a blueberry muffin was in a Starbucks in Greenwich, London. Then I rediscovered in the U.S. and it's a hitch.


Those who sell here, cooked, not at all like the Americans or the British, here are muffins with fruit. If you want to try some good muffins, do not hesitate, these are in service.

INGREDIENTS:

Very simple, and you will see.

100 grams of butter (room temperature) 185

sugar 2 eggs
1 and 1 / 2 c / p (teaspoon) vanilla extract 360 g flour

salt 200 ml cream (1)

50 ml milk 150 g berries (2) 75 g


white chocolate (1) In the original recipe used 250 ml of milk, I substituted part of milk (200 ml) for a brick of cream, in this case cooking, because I thought it would come out even more dense, so it was. If you have no cream, do not hesitate to use milk, no problem.
(2) In the original recipe used 185 grams of blueberries, I use the frozen berries I bought and on the go, I added a small tablet of white chocolate because I thought I would stay well, I was not wrong either, white chocolate slush gives an incredible taste in contrast to the red fruit.








PREPARATION

The most important thing about this recipe is NOT beat the flour, yes, yes, you read correctly, DO NOT beat well. So you get the juicy so characteristic of the muffins.

Preheat oven and prepare the capsules.



In a bowl put the butter with the sugar and beat witha mixer until fluffy and bleach.



We add one egg and beat until well integrated.

Add the vanilla essence and beat.

We add

to the butter mixture one third of the flour. Mix with a spatula in stirring motion until the flour is more or less integrated. If lumps are better!


Add the cream and mix with spatula


Add another third of flour and integrated it with the spatula.


Add the milk. Integrate.


Add the remaining flour and give a few more turns to make it more or less integrated. So, to gross, as you will see, has grumitos, that's the key.


Now we take the berries from the freezer, more or less let go for other than a mazacote and put them on the fly. If you are cool like. If You give frozen or will not descongeleis removais juice when the dough, frozen aƱadidlos.


We break the chocolate, chop a little with a knife and incorporates it into bowl.


Now with the spatula and a little pampering integrate them into the rest of the dough.



Fill
the capsules with a couple tablespoons of dough. Bake at 175 for about 20-25 minutes.


Seriously, we could not wait for it to cool!

I make some variation to this recipe, a lemon with chocolate chips have to be happening ... and one of chocolate with red berries? or a vanilla two chocolate chips! now I remember, I have some pecans out there who ... ok, ok, I miss ...
